There is nothing better then a well done cool toned eye makeup. I personally love the variety within the cold side of the color wheel and love both green, blue and purple, which are all so different shades compared to the warm side where everything melts together, it's the side that makes the rainbow. And even though it's cold, blue is the color of the winter, and the winter is indeed beautiful.
