Baking is a crucial part of Christmas for me, and on Sunday I finally had a day off I got to spend with my grandma baking a cookie we call "cola-cake", I don't really know why it's called that because there is no coke in it. I don't know if these are used only in Norway, but they're traditional cookies around my area. These are kind of caramel tasty sugar cookies, so I hope you enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients for Cola cookies
200 g real butter
200 g Sugar
1 table spoon syrup
2 tea spoons baking soda
2 tea spoons vanilla sugar
300 g flour
