Overdrawing lips in an art form of it's own. If you have flatness between your lips and face you can get away with a bit more, but not much. Overdrawing gives you the chance to have your natural lips look fuller and to change the shape of your lips. But be careful not to overdo it so you don't resemble Willy the clown. Match filling in where your lip line ends (Not where your colors end, but the natural edge) with lip contouring and highlighting.These are very effective natural looking methods.
- Start off with a clean scrubbed canvas -
- Line your lips -
- Fill in the lightest part in the middle -
- Deepen the corners, and you're done -
