The beauty lover tag

Hello! I hope you're having a good day, I just finished school, so I am ready for the weekend! If you're wondering why the blog posts have been so short this week is basically because I am writing up on longer posts, but I feel they deserve great quality pictures, which I can only really get with natural daylight! But I hope you guys enjoy this tag, I found it over at alittledoseofmakeup.com and I thought you'd might like to see the answers. Tell me if you're doing it too or let me know some answers in the comments, I love reading them! 

1. If you could have anyone in the world do your makeup, who would it be?

The SFX lover in me can't resist, I'd probably be Rick Baker and I'd give him completely creative control and just see what monster he cooked up! I'd probably end up with some ape or werewolf..

2. What's your top makeup tip?

Always use the right foundation shade, everything can look horrible, but still look acceptable, as long as the color is right. 

3. What one makeup item could you not live without?

Brow pencil, my baby face depend on defined brows or else I resemble somewhat of a bear or squirrel with my chubby cheeks!

4. What one skincare item could you not live without?

Moisturizer in all sorts, because the cold weather in Norway dries out my skin. But so many products work together, that it's hard to choose just one. Currently I'n using Cosmica day moisturizer

5. What are you worst at when it comes to applying makeup?

Applying false lashes, it takes me so much more time to apply false lashes then anything else! But I am wearing a lot more of them lately so I am getting better! 

6. What's your biggest pet peeve when it comes to beauty?

Over-lining lips, I hate the look of obvious overdrawn lips. I actually wrote a post about it just because I hated the lip trend of 2015. You can get away with lining to the natural edges of your lips, but anything else makes it look like you've eaten something and gotten it all over your face. 

7. What's your favourite makeup era?

I'm actually quite unsure of this, but my love for the artistic makeup must say that I think it's ancient Egypt, because hashtag eyeliner goals, that's why.

8. What's your guilty pleasure product?

My Estèe Lauder mascara which I am replacing soon because I ran out a couple of moths ago, I've now had time to test a few more, and there is nothing besides it and nothing above. But the price tag tho. 

9. What's your underdog product?

I don't know if it's an underdog, but I love my brow pencil from Makeupstore, and you don't hear about it so often in the youtube and blog community. 

10. What's your favorite makeup product of 2015?

It must be my Nars foundation I got in London, July. It is the best foundation I've ever tried for my combination (Dry/Normal) yellow and sickly pale skin. Anything else is either too dark or too orange.
