Being depressed and sadness is now trending, what the f?

~ A girl fainted when she was at home with her dad and boyfriend, she ended up operated for a bad heart at the hospital. When she woke up she asked "Where's Matt?" (Her boyfriend)~

The trending ends
~ The father said "Didn't you know who gave you your new heart?". The girl realizes her loss, cries and end up taking suicide by taking pills from the hospital~

How it really should end
~The father said "Didn't you know who gave you your new heart?". She girls get tears in her eyes and the father smiles "Just kidding, he's in the bathroom".

I am literally shocked and a little bit afraid of this generations positivism to tragedies. Don't get me wrong, to respect depression is important and sometimes life saving. And that we are so open for other young people having problems are great. But it seems like it is now a cool thing to feel bad. And it is not. It is serious conditions.
You can look at the "cut for bieber" example. Vulnerable little girls cutting themselves for a nineteen year old from Canada that smoked some weed. It is disgusting and whoever invented this should be ashamed.
Cutting is not a joke, it is serious.
I have never cut myself. For me, I have a very high tolerance of pain and cutting has always given me shaking. I always thought that if I cut myself, the scars would be there forever to remind me, everybody could see it and to take the sadness in my head to my body for only a few seconds was pointless.
So cutting was never an option.
But I respect people who has cut them self as well.
Another example is all of the propaganda for anorexia, cutting, feeling like shit and so on. Take a look online and you'll find tons of propaganda for this

Please, if you read this and you are being depressed. Don't torture yourself with sad instagram photos and depressing tweets. Tell somebody, your parents, your teacher, a psychologist, your doctor or a friend (And this is only examples of who you can tell, what matters is that somebody is there to help you. You should not go through this alone.) Trust me, telling somebody is very important. Nobody is going to judge you or get mad or disappointed.
And if you're not depressed or a bit sad but not on that stage. Don't cut yourself for a celebrity, don't bring sadness into your life and don't let shitty things get into you.

I beg from my heart, stop this awful trend of depressing and start a trend to help depressed people!

Forklarer i innlegget hva kakete betyr :)
